This is my new favorite energy gum! Jolt Gum is good too, but Rockstar is just as good and contains NO SUGAR! The perfect blend of Caffeine, Taurine, and B-vitamins really gives me the energy and cognitive ability I need in a pinch ...and it tastes great! I highly recommend this product!

The gum is a nice ice mint (almost like the black Dentyne Ice flavor) flavor, however, after only about 5-10 minutes, it has lost the majority of the flavor, and the gum becomes somewhat gritty. For those used to caffeine, this gum is not a great source of energy. It is, however, a good starter for those who do not commonly ingest caffeine. Being mildly sensitive to caffeine myself, I found the buzz from a single piece (40 mg of caffeine) to be the perfect amount.

This gum is very minty and powerful. It gives you a little kick after you chew it for a small period of time. It does get nasty after a while of chewing tho. The gum shipped fast too.
